What conditions do you treat?
We treat foot, ankle, and lower limb pain including plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, toe pain, shin splints, achilles tendon issues, knee, hip and lower limb biomechanics and gait issues.
We use advanced gait analysis, 3D foot scanning, and have fast access to imaging like MRI and ultrasound.
Do you offer custom orthotics?
Yes, we design precision orthoses (custom insoles) tailored to your unique biomechanics and needs. We use a range of 3d scanning techniques and pressure analysis and work closely with the best workshops around the UK and Europe to offer you the best products at the competitive prices.
What treatments do you offer?
We offer a range of treatments based on your needs, from exercise therapy to hands on treatments, acupuncture, Extra Corporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) taping, strapping and padding, running coaching, walking coaching, gait training and personal training. We can also organise guided injections and surgical consultations.

Sam is our specialist podiatrist with over 20 years’ experience in MSK Podiatry, biomechanics, running injuries and more.
Can you help athletes?
Absolutely, we tailor all rehab plans and treatments so if you are elite athletes, a weekend warrior or someone looking to be able to walk to the shops pain free, we can help.
